Results Achieved: Voice Count designed a fully automated Web-based system designed to take software resellers through a testing process to see whether they qualify as an industry-specific certified reseller. Through this process, customers complete surveys about their reseller's performance with regard to installation and on-going services.  An algorithm automatically computes a score from customers' responses to determine whether their reseller is approved for certification.  Presented in six languages, the secure transaction-based system is used today by resellers all over the world to invest in our client's certification program.

Results Achieved: This multi-phase qualitative-quantitative study with 15 focus groups and 200 in-depth telephone-Web interviews was conducted to better understand existing challenges and unmet needs for a centralized system designed as a repository for packaging, labeling, and various shipping information to streamline the package shipment process at the plant level and throughout the supply chain.  The results helped our client finalize product configuration and pricing, and strategic promotional strategies for a successful launch.

Results Achieved: We programmed a highly dynamic menu driven Web survey that simulated an actual online transaction-based ("shopping cart") Web site with photos of six printer configuations including prices and various features.  We then recruited participants by telephone to the site to review concepts and provide feedback both online and by phone.  Based on a total of 355 completed surveys, we identified the most preferred printer and printer finishing device configurations and their optimal price points to maximize revenue and profit.
